The Teachings
All teachings are given in English with live Greek translation.
Kalachakra
The Kalachakra tradition, meaning “Wheel of Time,” is one of the most respected and comprehensive systems of teaching within Tibetan Buddhism. It belongs to the Vajrayana (Tantric) tradition and presents a holistic view of life, exploring the relationship between the universe, the human body, and the mind, and how understanding these connections can become a path to wisdom and compassion.
For centuries, the Kalachakra teachings have been preserved through an unbroken lineage of masters, passed directly from teacher to student. Today they continue to offer practical methods for cultivating wisdom through understanding the body and mind, developing inner balance, and living with compassion.

Receiving the Short Kalachakra Jenang
One of the central elements of the Kalachakra tradition is the Jenang, a traditional Buddhist blessing and authorization that establishes a connection with the practice and its lineage.
During this event, Lama Caroline will grant the Short Kalachakra Jenang, offering participants the opportunity to receive this traditional transmission according to the authentic Kalachakra lineage.
Receiving a Jenang is regarded as the beginning of a relationship with the practice rather than its completion. It opens the door to further study, meditation, and personal experience under the guidance of qualified teachers.
The Short Kalachakra Jenang is suitable for anyone who approaches it with sincere interest and respect. No previous knowledge of Buddhism is required, and the meaning of the ceremony is traditionally explained before it is given.
Shambhala
The Kalachakra tradition is inseparably connected with Shambhala, the legendary kingdom described in Buddhist texts as a place where wisdom, compassion, and harmony flourish.
According to the Kalachakra teachings, Shambhala is the source from which this profound tradition spread into the human world. It is described as a kingdom where enlightened rulers preserved and transmitted the Kalachakra teachings for the benefit of future generations.
For some, Shambhala is understood as a hidden kingdom that continues to exist beyond ordinary perception. For others, it also represents humanity’s highest potential — a symbol of a society guided by wisdom, compassion, and ethical living. These different interpretations have coexisted within the Buddhist tradition for centuries.
Whether understood as a physical place, a spiritual reality, or both, Shambhala continues to inspire practitioners to cultivate wisdom, compassion, and responsibility in their own lives, carrying forward the values that lie at the heart of the Kalachakra tradition.

Kalachakra Astrology
Kalachakra Astrology is an integral part of the Kalachakra tradition and one of the oldest systems of Buddhist astrology. Rooted in the Vajrayana tradition, it explores the relationship between the cycles of the cosmos, the natural world, and human life.
Rather than focusing primarily on predicting future events, Kalachakra Astrology seeks to deepen our understanding of time, interdependence, and the conditions that shape our lives. By observing the cycles of time, the movements of celestial bodies, and the changing qualities of each year, month, and day, practitioners gain insight into the interconnectedness between the outer world and the inner mind.
Traditionally, this knowledge has also been used to determine auspicious dates for spiritual practice, ceremonies, travel, and other important activities. More importantly, it reminds us that while external conditions may influence our lives, our intentions, actions, and wisdom ultimately determine the path we follow.
NgalSo Self-Healing
NgalSo Self-Healing is a complete system of meditation and self-healing within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Developed by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, it combines visualization, mantra, breathing, relaxation, and meditation into a practical path that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The word “NgalSo” means “to return to one’s natural state” or “to restore balance.” Through regular practice, we gradually reconnect with our innate qualities of wisdom, compassion, and inner peace while learning to transform stress, emotional difficulties, and negative habits into opportunities for personal growth.
Rather than replacing medical or psychological care, NgalSo Self-Healing is intended as a complementary spiritual practice that supports overall well-being and helps cultivate a calmer, more balanced mind.
During this event, Lama Caroline will offer teachings on the NgalSo Self-Healing practice and guide participants through meditation sessions, providing the opportunity to experience the practice together and deepen their understanding through direct experience.

Trulkhor Yoga
Trulkhor (also known as Tibetan Yoga) is an ancient system of mindful movement, breathing, and meditation practiced within the Vajrayana tradition. The movements are designed to harmonize the body, breath, and mind, helping practitioners release physical and mental tension while creating the conditions for deeper meditation.
Traditionally, Trulkhor has been practiced alongside meditation and tantric methods, supporting practitioners in working with the body’s subtle energy system and developing greater stability, clarity, and inner balance.
Although rooted in an ancient spiritual tradition, Trulkhor is accessible to people of all levels of experience. The movements are gentle, require no previous yoga experience, and are practiced with awareness rather than physical performance.
Palden Lhamo
Palden Lhamo, known in Sanskrit as Śrī Devī, is one of the most revered Dharma Protectors in Tibetan Buddhism and the principal female protector of the Buddhist teachings. She is especially cherished in the Gelug tradition and is considered a compassionate enlightened being whose purpose is to protect the Buddha’s teachings and support those who sincerely follow the path of wisdom and compassion.
Although her appearance is wrathful, it symbolizes the fearless energy that overcomes obstacles, ignorance, and negative influences. Like many enlightened protectors in Vajrayana Buddhism, her fierce form expresses compassion in its most powerful aspect — the determination to remove whatever prevents beings from awakening.
Receiving the Palden Lhamo Jenang
A Jenang is a traditional Buddhist blessing and authorization that establishes a connection with a particular enlightened practice and its lineage.
During the final days of the event in Delphi, Lama Caroline will grant the Palden Lhamo Jenang, giving participants the opportunity to receive this authentic transmission according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
Receiving the Jenang is regarded as the beginning of a connection with the practice rather than its completion. It opens the door to further study, meditation, and personal experience under the guidance of qualified teachers.
No previous knowledge of Buddhism is required, and the meaning of the ceremony is traditionally explained before it is given.
