A short extract from her teachings

Lama Gangchen Rinpoche
Lama Gangchen Rinpoche (1941–2020) was an internationally respected Tibetan Buddhist master of the Gelug tradition, renowned for his lifelong dedication to promoting peace, healing, and interreligious dialogue.
After leaving Tibet, he established Dharma centres across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, introducing thousands of people to Tibetan Buddhism through meditation, healing practices, and authentic Vajrayana teachings.
His vision was to preserve the richness of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition while making its wisdom accessible to modern society. Today, his teachings continue to be shared around the world through the NgalSo lineage and his students.
The NgalSo Tradition
Founded by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche, the NgalSo Tradition is dedicated to preserving and sharing the authentic teachings of Tibetan Buddhism according to the Ganden Nyengyu, the ear-whispered lineage founded by Je Tsongkhapa in the fourteenth century.
Through this authentic lineage, the teachings have been carefully preserved and transmitted from teacher to teacher for generations, maintaining both their integrity and practical relevance.
The NgalSo Tradition offers a complete path of Buddhist study and practice, preserving the authentic teachings of both Sutra and Tantra according to the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Today, qualified NgalSo teachers continue to transmit these teachings around the world, making them accessible to modern practitioners while remaining faithful to the authentic lineage.
